Marc Crumpton, Jr., was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Marc earned his undergraduate degree in 1999 from Western Michigan University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2002. Marc practices in all areas of general liability with an emphasis in the areas of premises liability, automobile negligence, and professional negligence. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003 and practices before all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Prior to joining Bell Law Group, P.A., Marc was a partner at a large Florida insurance defense firm and was managing attorney for one of the nation’s largest insurance company’s Trial Division. Marc is also a member Phi Alpha Delta and the Hillsborough and Pinellas County Bar Associations, as well as the Medical Claims Defense Network.

 Brad Bell is the founder of BLG and a long-time resident of Tampa, FL. He graduated high school from Berkeley Prep and received a double major in Economics and International Affairs from Florida State University. After college, Mr. Bell worked in the family business before attending South Texas College of Law where he excelled academically.

Mr. Bell began his legal career in 1999 as a staff attorney for the Second District Court of Appeal in Lakeland, Florida. After several years with the appellate court, Mr. Bell worked with several AV rated commercial litigation and insurance defense firms as both an associate and a partner before starting BLG in 2013. Mr. Bell has been involved in numerous jury and non-jury trials over the years in both the state and federal courts.

One hundred percent of Mr. Bell’s practice is focused on litigation. He prides himself on building strong relationships with his clients by keeping them informed and involved through all aspects of their case. This relationship encourages the client to ask questions and be heard throughout the litigation process. As a result, most of Mr. Bell’s clients return as future clients for years to come. Most of Mr. Bell’s clients (be they national or international corporations, insurance companies, local businesses or individuals) have been dedicated clients of Mr. Bell’s for years.

Matthew Schulis





Matthew L. Schulis was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, where he attended H.B. Plant High School. Following graduation, Mr. Schulis attended Florida State University. Mr. Schulis was active in Greek life at Florida State and a re-founding member of his fraternity. Mr. Schulis graduated from FSU with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2004.

Mr. Schulis received his juris doctorate from Barry University College of Law in Orlando, Florida in 2008 and was admitted to the Florida Bar the same year. Mr. Schulis began his legal career in Brandon, Florida working primarily in the fields of consumer bankruptcy and civil litigation. He then returned to his hometown of Tampa and became Managing Attorney of prominent Florida Law firm where he concentrated on representing clients in consumer bankruptcy matters. Mr. Schulis later transitioned his practice to creditor’s rights representation, construction defect litigation, insurance defense and appellate practice. Mr. Schulis joined BLG in 2020.

Mr. Schulis’ areas of concentration include all aspects of business and complex civil litigation, construction defect litigation, contract disputes, bankruptcy, collections, and insurance defense. He prides himself on analyzing a case, finding solutions, and obtaining favorable and efficient solutions for his clients. He handles each case with passion, professionalism and is a true advocate.Mr. Schulis is an avid sports fan of FSU and Tampa Bay Buccaneer football and enjoys exploring the outdoors and Tampa Bay area.
